There are a couple of issues that might arise when playing video.
1) Your internet connect may be too slow or overwhelmed by other users on your network.
One way to help resolve this is to not play the videos in High Definition.
Locate the HD button on the bottom right corner of the video box. It will be orange if HD is on. Click it once to turn HD off.
2) Your school or district might block certain sites
If the videos play fine at home but don't play at school, it's often because your district has blocked access to Vimeo, our video host.
If this is the case, contact us and we can send you information forward to your IT department to get our material unblocked.
