Make sure you're logged in under the correct email address
Did you set up an account under a personal email, and now your school is paying?
You may be logged in under the inactive email account
Click here to LOG OUT
Log back in using the email address that is associated with the ACTIVE DTA account
Has your account expired, and you need to renew?
