If you're having trouble logging into the DTA, and your account is showing as 'inactive' or that you need to join for access, here are a few troubleshooting tips.

Make sure you're logged in under the correct email address

  • Did you set up an account under a personal email, and now your school is paying?

  • You may be logged in under the inactive email account

  • Click here to LOG OUT

  • Log back in using the email address that is associated with the ACTIVE DTA account

Has your account expired, and you need to renew?
